Order And Shipping Policies

By using this web site, you agree to be bound by the Order and Shipping Policies below. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use this web site or make any purchases from it.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

  • Money Order*

* Orders placed by cashier's check or money order must be pre-paid by sending your order and payment to: Denise Empey, 2817 Villa Way, Newport Beach, CA 92663. Orders will be shipped upon receipt of funds.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be returned for a cash refund, and are not transferable. Any unused portion will remain available for future purchases under the same gift certificate number. Denise Empey is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Product Availability And Pricing

You will be notified by e-mail when your order is shipped or if there is a delay. Occasionally, items on our web site can go out of stock or be discontinued before we are able to post notification to the site. If this happens on your order, we will contact you to determine if you would like another item, special order, or cancellation. Please note, your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

While we make every attempt to avoid data and/or pricing errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any, and all, errors when they do occur and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel the order and notify you of the cancellation. Our prices are subject to change without notice.

Custom Orders

Please be aware that when you place a custom order you have committed to the item(s). Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable from the time the order is placed. Also note, that custom orders are outside the scope of standard design production and therefore will take longer to receive. Please be sure to plan ahead and allot ample time.

Shipping (Domestic)

In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order. Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost--please contact us for pricing. We do not ship to post office boxes.

Orders of $250 or more (excluding shipping & handling charges) that are being shipped to a destination within the 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) qualify for free UPS Ground Shipping.

Shipping (International)

We ship to customers outside the U.S. Additional shipping charges apply and will be confirmed with the customer prior to placing the order. We do not ship to post office boxes.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is collected on orders shipped to addresses in California.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item (excluding custom and special orders) in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the date of shipment for exchange or an online store credit.

IMPORTANT: You must follow the guidelines below or your return will not be processed:

  1. Include item in its original condition and packaging.
  2. Ship your item fully insured as you will be liable for any loss or damage of return shipments. Denise Empey will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
  3. Please note, items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return.
  4. Custom and/or special orders cannot be returned.
